This full-service plastic surgery center and medical spa is located 1 hour north of West Palm Beach, FL, along the coast. The center offers private surgical suites, laser hair removal, laser facials, and complete skin care solutions. Led by a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and a Board-Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, the center has been serving Floridas Treasure Coast for over 30 years.

Known as a premier destination for cosmetic surgery, we combine style and elegance with a state-of-the-art surgical facility, Laser Center, Medical Spa, and Makeup Studio. The office provides a beautiful, private, and relaxed oceanside atmosphere, where patients are cared for by our expert medical team in a warm and welcoming environment.

Our client a State Certified Surgery Center featuring an advanced surgical suite where all cosmetic procedures can be performed in privacy. Our center also offers private overnight suites, an exclusive VIP entrance, personalized medical attention, house calls, and private-duty nursing care. Continuity of care is ensured through our privately owned Medical Spa, Laser Facility, and Makeup Studio.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our team, specializing in Aesthetics and Skin Cancer. This role is focused on breast, body aesthetics, and dermatology (skin cancer). The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and a strong desire to build up the breast and body aesthetic practices.

• Preferred Candidate: Ideally, we are looking for a female plastic surgeon who can address intimacy health needs, as there are currently no female surgeons in the area. We are not considering new graduates at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on breast and body aesthetic surgery, with a special emphasis on dermatology and skin cancer.
• Perform cosmetic surgery procedures in a private, comfortable setting.
• Provide excellent patient care and build long-term relationships with patients.
• Assist in growing the breast and body aesthetics portion of the practice.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $350,000
• Bonus Structure: 25% on all collections over $1 million
  • Example: If billing $2.6 million, potential earnings of at least $750,000
  • Example: If billing $3.2 million, potential earnings of at least $1.15 million

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: Start between 7:30-8:00 AM, finish between 3:30-4:00 PM
• Call: Optional; if you take call at one of the two local hospitals, there is a minimum of 4 calls per month. If you choose to take call at both hospitals, there is no minimum call requirement.

Support Staff:

• 40 Full-Time Employees
  • 2 dedicated support coordinators (1 for each Plastic Surgeon)
  • 6 estheticians
  • 2 massage therapists
  • 2 Dermatologists
  • 1 nurse in the Plastic Surgery department
  • 4 full-time RNs
  • 25 other operational personnel
