Position Summary
The Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) supports the Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) in advancing organizational initiatives related to onboarding, staffing, professional development, and clinical operations. The ACD assists with coordinating continuing education opportunities, supporting staffing and caseload allocation, and implementing organizational priorities while maintaining a minimum billable caseload. This position has opportunities for growth within the organization.

Professional Development
- Coordinate RBT Training opportunities and Group Supervisions.
- Identify training needs and communicate recommendations to the Director of Clinical Operations
- Promote continuing education and professional growth among clinical staff.
Clinical Operations Support
- Support implementation of organizational initiatives established by the DCO.
- Assist with monitoring staffing and service delivery needs across assigned clinics.
- Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate and create opportunities for our clients to learn in a fun and nurturing environment
- Oversee cases in clinic, School/Daycare, community, and in some cases home, ensuring that treatment goals are relevant to each specific environment.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for improving our clients functional social, life and communication skills and independence
- Create treatment plans to address goals and barriers to learning
- Write and oversee behavior plans to prevent challenging behavior and to teach alternative skills
- Further the PLS mission of making our community a better place to live for individuals with disabilities and their families
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards while navigating complex social dynamics in community and school settings.
- Coordinates care with our clients Stakeholders in all aspects of their lives.
- Maintain a minimum billable requirement as established by the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the DCO.

Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA credential in good standing.
- Minimum of four (4) years of ABA clinical experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience working with children/individuals with disabilities
- High caliber character with strong commitment to ethics and a team player
- Ability to build rapport with children and expertise in play and natural environment teaching (NET) within diverse public and educational spaces.
- Experience with CentralReach (preferred)
- Proven experience in coordinating services and communicating effectively with external stakeholders such as teachers and medical providers.
