We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity for a highly skilled, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment. Responsibilities:• Handle the complete accounts payable cycle, including matching contracts and processing vendor invoices.
• Review and enter up to 200 vendor invoices monthly with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain and update vendor files, ensuring all information is current and complete.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and following up as needed.
• Ensure all payments comply with company policies and are processed on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues, demonstrating a proactive and inquisitive approach.
• Utilize Yardi software for invoice processing and vendor management tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in accounts payable processes.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
• Proficiency in Yardi software, including Yardi Enterprise and Yardi Property Management modules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of invoices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective vendor interaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies independently.
