General Manager - Residential Roofing
- Lead all sales and operations functions for a growing roofing and exterior remodeling company
- Manage and develop sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Oversee project delivery, production, and customer experience with full accountability for quality and profitability
- Analyze financials, forecast results, and execute plans that improve growth and efficiency
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategy, hiring, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards
- 7+ years of experience in home services, roofing, construction, or a similar industry
- Proven track record leading sales teams and operations with full P&L ownership
- Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen
- Experience managing residential or commercial roofing preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Construction Management, or related field
