Position Details:

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm EST

Hybrid - In Office Tuesday and Friday (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - work from home)

License - L&H License - or willing ness to obtain one quickly.

• Management of enrollment processing for Union Plus members to ensure eligibility and validity
• Communications directly with members to complete enrollment
• Policy document management and delivery to enrolled members
• General customer account management
• Various team Projects assigned by management involving customer account research and data entry
• Sales and customer service –up to 25% phone time

About you:

• Great time management skills
• Strong written communication skills will be communicating daily with carriers and members.
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of Microsoft products
• Ability to handle fast paced and challenging situations and changes
• Would prefer two years’ experience in insurance customer service
• Licensed is a must as this position takes sales calls or willingness to obtain quickly

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
