Administrative Scheduler

Dueall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin | Scheduler to coordinate flooring and cabinet installations across multiple projects. This hybrid administrative role is critical to keeping crews on schedule, materials accounted for, and communication flowing between vendors, field staff, and project managers.

Here's the work you get to do:

• Coordinate and schedule flooring and cabinet installation dates with internal teams and subcontractors
• Track and confirm material deliveries to ensure readiness for scheduled installs
• Update calendars, logs, and tracking tools to reflect changes, delays, or completions
• Communicate updates and resolve conflicts with project managers and superintendents
• Provide administrative support including data entry, vendor coordination, and documentation control

Here's what makes you a great fit for this role:

• 2+ years of administrative or scheduling experience in construction, manufacturing, or logistics
• Familiarity with flooring and cabinet installation processes is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with scheduling tools like BuilderTrend is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
