Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Overview
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist clients with travel-related questions, planning support, and reservation coordination. In this role, you will help individuals and families navigate the travel planning process while providing clear communication and a positive service experience.
The Customer Service Representative acts as a helpful point of contact for clients researching vacations, organizing travel details, and preparing for upcoming trips. Responsibilities may include answering inquiries about destinations, assisting with reservations for hotels, cruises, and vacation packages, and helping ensure travel plans are accurate and well organized.
This remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling and access to professional training resources. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering thoughtful service while working independently in a supportive environment. Prior travel industry experience is not required, as training and mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries related to travel planning, destinations, and reservations
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements including accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide clear communication regarding booking details, confirmations, and updates
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation information
- Research travel options to help clients identify suitable vacation experiences
- Support clients before and after travel with questions or itinerary updates
