Advanced Technical Analyst
Location: Fort Myers, Florida

Work Type: Full Time, Exempt
Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 PM to 4:30:00 PM
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $43.59 - $56.66 / hour
Summary
Responsible for working with organizational business units on complex additions, changes or enhancements with the ability to identify business requirements, deliver technology solutions, and advise business units on functionalities, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements of recommended technology solutions. Serves as a IS hardware/network subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives. Responsible to deliver and support new technologies/programs or enhance existing technologies as assigned. Additionally, responsible for delivering solution based enhancements as assigned, testing and go live support and a contributing member of any assigned project teams.
This position will be onsite at one of Lee Health's hospital campuses.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions
- Serve as a Campus Technical Resource, supporting infrastructure and operations across campus environments
- Provide technical coordination for new build locations, ensuring timely and effective system implementation
- Support Practice Acquisitions by integrating new practices into existing technology frameworks
- Advise stakeholders on solution functionality, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation planning
- Deliver solution-based enhancements, including testing, deployment, and go-live support
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and execution of technology initiatives

Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree required. May consider 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: Strong technical background required. Minimum five years of IS hardware/network project management experience.
