QC & Packing Specialist - Day Shift

Location: In-Office (Tamarac).
Job Type: Full-Time.

Shift Schedules:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.***
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as QC and Packing Specialists . In this role, you will focus on quality checking , organizing , and securely packing items for shipment. You’ll also play a key role in training new packers to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency . Your precision and commitment will help maintain customer satisfaction .

Key Responsibilities:

Packing & Shipping:

• Securely and accurately pack items for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
• Organize inventory for accuracy and efficiency.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough quality checks of products to ensure they meet high standards.
• Follow strict QC procedures to ensure product quality and safety.

Training & Mentorship:

• Train and mentor new QC packers, ensuring they follow all QC procedures.
• Maintain consistency and quality standards.

Physical & Operational Tasks:

• Handle packages weighing up to 50+ pounds with physical endurance.
• Stand, bend, and perform tasks throughout your shift.

Record Keeping & Organization:

• Use computers for documentation and shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable Transportation: Ensure punctual attendance .
• Experience: Previous experience in packing or quality control is a plus.
