This opportunity is with a federally qualified health center providing high-quality pediatric care with a strong focus on serving Spanish-speaking families.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Productivity bonuses paid quarterly – up to $3,600 annually
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable
- Medical Insurance: Employer pays up to 90% for employee coverage
- Dental and Vision Insurance offered
- 17 days of PTO per year (accrued) + 10 paid holidays
- CME allowance of $2,500 and 5 CME days annually

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through age 21
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 or 5:30 PM (one slightly longer day), Friday: half day
- Average of 18–20 patients per day
- Perform well-child checks, sick visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff
- Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
- Support ongoing quality initiatives and patient-centered care standards
Requirements
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
- Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric rotations considered
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
