Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader
Join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader and play a key role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Crew Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensure projects are completed efficiently, and help foster a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew in performing landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to crew members
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project progress and any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
