Customer Experience Representative (Clearwater)

The Customer Experience Team is our frontline for incoming phone calls and web tickets. This is a high-volume phones role with the pace of a call center—but without the call center feel. You’ll be answering questions, solving problems, and helping customers feel heard and supported. You’ll also be cross-trained in other areas of customer service for added flexibility and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer tickets submitted through our website
• Check shipping status and provide updates
• Answer detailed product questions using your knowledge of nutrition and supplements
• Assist customers with placing orders
• Support returns, product exchanges, or concerns with empathy and accuracy
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues
