Role Overview

We're searching for a seasoned and dynamic Director of Professional Services to lead our implementation team. In this critical leadership role, you'll oversee the end-to-end onboarding and integration of our solutions for clients, ensuring seamless implementation experiences. This role is based in our Miami headquarters and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the implementation team, overseeing all aspects of client onboarding, including project scoping, planning, execution, and handoff to support teams.
Develop and implement strategic frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and consistently.
Act as the escalation point for complex implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs and technical challenges.
Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation phase.
Track key metrics like time-to-go-live and client satisfaction, presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
Continuously refine processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
Manage departmental budgets, resources, and workflows to maximize ROI.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 8+ years in implementations, project management, or client onboarding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expertise: Proven success in managing complex, enterprise-level implementations and working with ERP platforms (Accounts Payable integration experience is a plus).
Leadership: A track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in tools like Jira or Asana.
Collaboration: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
Industry Knowledge: SaaS or technology industry experience is highly preferred.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000, with eligibility for bonuses, equity awards, and benefits. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
