Motorcycle Technician
-Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers when needed
-Accurately document work performed in the DMS
-Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures and standards Requirements: -Minimum 2–3 years professional motorcycle technician experience (multi-brand OK)
-Own professional tools (specialty tools provided)
-Strong diagnostic capability and attention to detail
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
-Valid motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain) Preferred: -BMW factory training or dealership experience
-CANbus / electrical diagnostics experience Compensation & Benefits: -Competitive hourly pay with flat-rate spiffs
