Mortgage Sales Manager - Remote | WFH

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Mortgage Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading the operations team to deliver excellent service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, a background in management, and a strong understanding of the mortgage due diligence process. Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify and close new business opportunities.
Lead introductory meetings with new clients, conduct engaging sales presentations, and follow up with strategic plans.
Network and engage through various channels such as social media, industry events, and direct outreach.
Collaborate with the operations team to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and deliver client reports.
Oversee the initial stages of new client relationships to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years' experience in the mortgage or due diligence industry, with at least 3 years in a client relations role, or 10 years in mortgage banking.
Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, capital markets, and a deep understanding of RMBS and the mortgage due diligence process.
Established relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators is a plus.
Proven networking, negotiation, and consulting skills.
A consultative approach to working with clients, helping them analyze their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
