Are you passionate about cooking and ready to bring your skills to a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen? Hellas Restaurant & Bakery is looking for a Full-Time Cook to join our talented team! You'll be working alongside experienced chefs and cooks who are as committed to quality as you are — all while crafting delicious, high-quality dishes in a positive and energetic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
• Assist with food prep and ensure ingredients are fresh, stored properly, and ready for service.
• Keep an eye on inventory and promptly report shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently.
• Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is consistent in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with chefs, line cooks, and servers to ensure smooth service.

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year or more of previous cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• A genuine passion for food and a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation best practices.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
