We are a fun-loving small digital marketing studio that helps businesses grow their online presence and reach their target audience. We offer services such as marketing & growth strategy, web design and development, and targeted digital marketing.
We are seeking an experienced Digital Specialist to join our agency team on a contract basis. This role supports multiple client accounts and requires a strong working knowledge of search engine optimization and digital advertising strategy, execution, and optimization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver measurable results for clients.
**Responsibilities**
**_Search Engine Optimization (SEO)_**
Support the planning and execution of SEO strategies across client websites
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits
Optimize on-page elements including content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture
Identify and assist with resolving technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, page speed, indexing, and redirects
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
Monitor performance metrics including rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
**_Digital Advertising & Paid Media_**
Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Monitor budgets, performance, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet client goals
Support ongoing testing initiatives including ad copy, audiences, and bidding strategies
Coordinate creative assets and ensure proper campaign implementation
Help manage conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging to ensure accurate reporting
**_Reporting & Analysis_**
Analyze performance data and identify trends and opportunities
Prepare performance reports and summaries for internal teams and clients
Support optimization recommendations based on data and results
Agency Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including account management, creative, and development
Participate in internal meetings and client calls as required
Manage tasks efficiently across multiple client projects and deadlines
**Qualifications**
3+ years of experience in SEO and digital advertising
Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts
Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and paid media best practices
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO research tools
Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Clear written and verbal communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
Familiarity with eCommerce SEO and paid advertising
Understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices
**Contract Details**
Flexible hours based on client and project needs
Remote work environment, Eastern Standard time preferred
Compensation commensurate with experience
