Schedule:
Wednesdays through Sundays - 3:30 PM-12 AM
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and the public. Duties include routine custodial work, restocking supplies, and identifying maintenance issues to ensure facilities are well maintained at all times.
Essential Duties:
- Perform daily custodial tasks including trash pickup and removal
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Clean grills, windows, furniture, and common areas
- Stock custodial closets and supplies
- Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and properly
- Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report them to the maintenance department or supervisor
- Provide prompt, courteous service to coworkers and the public
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with custodial work
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
