Project Supervisor ( {{city}})
Doral, FL- Hybrid- One year contract
Responsibilities:
- Review incoming 811 locate tickets for completeness, accuracy, and relevance to company assets
- Prioritize and route tickets to appropriate internal/external teams
- Cross-reference ticket information with GIS maps and asset databases
- Communicate with contractors, locators, and internal teams to verify and clarify ticket details
- Identify and escalate potential utility conflicts or risk factors
- Maintain accurate records of ticket statuses, updates, and communications
- Support and update ticket tracking systems
- Assist with damage prevention efforts, documentation, and team coordination
- Collaborate with network and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely responses
- Perform administrative and reporting tasks as needed
Education / Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training or coursework in GIS, telecommunications, or utility locating preferred
Experience / Minimum Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in utility locating, construction, telecommunications, or related field
- Familiarity with 811 systems and damage prevention best practices
- Prior call center or high-volume ticketing experience strongly preferred
Expectations:

- Ability to read and interpret digital maps and utility drawings
- Effective communication and strong customer service mindset
- Basic understanding of underground utility infrastructure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, GIS tools, and ticket management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and compliance
