What You’ll Do: As a Quality Tester II, you’ll be a key player in our production process, responsible for: Conducting product tests and inspections at various stages of production. Using gauges and measurement tools to verify product standards. Compiling and analyzing statistical data to support quality improvements. Collaborating with inspectors and providing leadership in problem-solving. Reporting defective materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Following safety protocols and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. What You Bring: ~ High school diploma or GED. ~2+ years of experience in inspection or production (preferred). ~ Strong communication skills and attention to detail. ~ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety guidelines. ~ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). ~ Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and non-toxic chemicals. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). Use of ladders, scaffolding, and machinery. Repetitive hand and wrist motions. Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled areas and wear required PPE. Ability to work overtime as needed.
