Women's Case Manager
- NEW LIFE MISSION IS GROWING!*** Our dynamic and talented staff work together to help Brevard County families permanently break the cycle of homelessness. In our long-term transformational program, homeless women with children receive housing, access to health care, education, financial coaching, job training, Bible study and life skills classes in a safe, Christ-centered residential setting. The program is designed to lovingly transform families from dependency to self-sufficiency through daily accountability, personal responsibility and goal advancement.
- 2+ years of case management experience preferred
- Patience, empathy and the ability to have hard conversations and provide loving correction
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work well with a team and collaborate on out-of-the-box solutions
- Ability to write clear, concise, accurate case notes and other communications
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Salary range: $40-$42k dependent on experience and skills
- Paid Time Off (PTO), 9 Holidays
