• Night Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00pm to 5:30am or to finish.
• Pay Rate: $17.00 an hour
• Temp to hire

Overview:
As an Order Selector at DHL, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse’s daily operations by accurately picking, preparing, and staging customer orders for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment and help ensure timely, efficient distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick merchandise from inventory using RF scanners or other technology.
• Prepare and assemble customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct product, quantity, and packaging.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and electric pallet movers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality during the picking process.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Complete order documentation and reports as required.
• Work with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Follow company policies regarding safety, security, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
