- Capture professional-grade footage that aligns with client brand standards.
- Lead and support technical setup: lighting, sound, camera, and composition.
- Direct and coach on-screen talent for confident, natural delivery.
- Edit video content in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce polished stories.
- Collaborate with producers, designers, and clients to ensure projects meet creative goals.
- Represent Advantage Design Group with professionalism, positivity, and clarity.
- Are an expert visual storyteller with a passion for capturing authentic, meaningful moments.
- Thrive in a travel-heavy role where every shoot location is different.
- Stay calm, organized, and detail-oriented under pressure.
- Communicate clearly and build trust with teammates and clients.
- Excel in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and media workflow tools.
- Are based in Jacksonville, FL or willing to relocate.
