The One Tribe is a Miami-based, integrative women’s wellness and education center designed to support women through every stage of motherhood and beyond—from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum, early parenthood. Founded with the mission of empowering women with trusted, expert-led care, the business brings together a multidisciplinary team offering movement classes, birth preparation, parenting education, and holistic 1:1 services such as lactation support, physical therapy, acupuncture, and nutrition—all within a single, community-driven space. The One Tribe emphasizes connection, evidence-based guidance, and personalized support, positioning itself as a “one-stop” destination where women can access resources, build community, and feel confident navigating one of life’s most transformative journeys.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator & Strategy Intern to support and grow our digital presence across Instagram and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical—excited about content creation, storytelling, and building an engaged online community.

In addition to social media, this role will play a key part in supporting event marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations—helping expand our reach and visibility both online and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Strategy

• Assist in managing and growing our Instagram and TikTok accounts

• Help develop and execute a strategic, data-informed content calendar

• Create and edit engaging content (Reels, TikToks, photos, graphics, captions) aligned with brand voice

• Contribute to content ideation, storytelling, and campaign development

• Identify trends and formats to keep content relevant and high-performing

• Support content shoots, including planning, capturing, and editing content (as needed)

• Collaborate on building content series, themes, and recurring formats

Platform Growth & Performance

• Support strategies focused on increasing reach, engagement, and follower growth

• Track and analyze basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, saves, shares)

• Identify opportunities to optimize content based on performance insights

• Research competitors and similar brands to inform growth strategies

• Test new content formats and growth tactics (e.g., collaborations, giveaways, trends)

Event Marketing & Support

• Assist in planning and promoting events across digital channels

• Help develop pre-, during-, and post-event marketing strategies

• Support on-site content capture and storytelling during events (as needed)

• Coordinate event-related communications and follow-ups

Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships

• Research and identify potential brand partners aligned with One Tribe’s mission

• Assist with outreach to brands for partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities

• Help draft partnership proposals, outreach emails, and collaboration concepts

• Support coordination and execution of partnership deliverables

Influencer & Community Growth

• Identify and research relevant influencers and community partners

• Assist with influencer outreach, gifting, and relationship management

• Help coordinate influencer campaigns and track engagement/results

• Support initiatives that grow and nurture the One Tribe community

General Marketing Support

• Use tools like Canva (or similar) to design simple graphics and visual assets

• Assist with copywriting aligned with brand voice and messaging

• Monitor engagement and support community interaction (comments, DMs)

• Research trends and propose creative ideas for growth and engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in wellness, women’s health, or pre/postnatal spaces

• Strong interest in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing

• Experience with Instagram and TikTok (personal or professional)

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills

• Eye for design and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe InDesign (a plus, not required)

• Analytical mindset with curiosity around performance and growth

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects

• Comfortable working both remotely and occasionally in-person in Miami
