Host (Part-Time), TodoVos and Trabucco - Hilton Orlando

The Hilton Orlando is seeking a talented Part-Time Host/Hostess to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team! This role will primarily support two of our signature dining venues: Trabucco and TodoVos.

Trabucco delivers an elegant dining experience with refined Italian cuisine. TodoVos brings a vibrant cantina atmosphere with inventive twists on classic Mexican dishes.

Shift Pattern: Part-Time/ Candidates should be available to support evening shifts weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Deliver In Room Dining food orders to guestrooms, as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
