Field Operations Support Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Duties includes answering telephone calls, receiving and directing clients to the appropriate counselors.
- We do a lot of cash processing.
- We process payments in the systems.
- We do a lot of data entry. Must be a team player.
- Must have customer service skills.
- Must be able to adapt to alot of changes.
- Whatever we ask you to do you must do.
- Administration does not have a specific duty.
- Of course you will be trained in all fields.
- We make sure we have inventory to give out to counselors when they need it to sale.
- We do research on customers account to make sure they have everything needed to do burials.
- Everyday something new comes along and you must be able to adapt to those changes. We assist each and everyone here.
- From front desk to counselors, admin team and managers.
