Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Analyze client needs and outline appropriate financial protection options

• Oversee application accuracy, documentation review, and compliance requirements

• Maintain detailed digital records and manage client accounts proactively

• Provide ongoing service support and timely follow-up communication
