Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Sarasota, FL. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company standards
• Prepare shipments by labeling, wrapping, and palletizing products
• Verify order accuracy and complete all required documentation

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for accuracy and quality
• Process outbound shipments and prepare necessary shipping documents
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

Inventory Management

• Conduct routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist with restocking and product organization
• Identify and report any inventory discrepancies

General Warehouse Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Use handheld scanners
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Basic computer and handheld scanning skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus

Work Environment & Schedule

• Full‑time position located in Sarasota, FL

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
