Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. You will design and implement end-to-end GenAI solutions, integrating vector databases, APIs, and autonomous agent architectures .

Rate Range: $44/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:

• Design and develop GenAI solutions using Python, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and RAG architectures.

• Build and optimize agentic systems including planners, executors, memory components, and multi‑agent coordination workflows.

• Implement vector database integrations, semantic search, and API/microservice connections for enterprise applications.

• Fine‑tune, evaluate, and enhance LLM performance with prompt engineering, hallucination mitigation, and Responsible AI practices.

• Define end‑to‑end AI solution architecture across cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions while mentoring junior engineers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or GenAI solution development.

• Proven hands-on expertise with Python, LLM/GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain), and vector database–based RAG architectures.

• Demonstrated experience implementing Agentic AI systems including planning, tool use, memory, and multi‑agent coordination.

Pay Details: $44.00 to $45.00 per hour
