Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $85K to $95K a year depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Job Summary
A Physical Therapist is needed for a full-time position in Deerfield Beach. This role involves assessing patients, building treatment plans, and delivering hands-on care that helps people regain strength, improve movement, and return to the activities that matter to them. It is a strong fit for someone who values patient interaction, thoughtful treatment, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations
- Establish treatment goals based on patient needs and functional deficits
- Deliver physical therapy services in one-on-one sessions
- Track progress and update treatment plans when appropriate
- Instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and home programs
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Outpatient experience preferred
