Product Manager, RCM Dashboards

We are seeking a Product Manager – RCM Dashboards to own the development, adoption, and monetization of ClinicMind’s RCM analytics platform. This role requires both deep operational knowledge of RCM and disciplined product management skills . The Product Manager will ensure that dashboards not only get built but are adopted, monetized, and deliver measurable business value for both ClinicMind and our clients.
Building successful products is a high-risk venture. The failure rate for product initiatives is high — which is why rigorous assumption testing, client validation, and ROI measurement are core to this role.


Key Responsibilities
Adoption & Rollout


  • Drive adoption of dashboards with current ClinicMind clients .

  • Audit and optimize accounts to ensure consistent feature rollout across the base.

  • Partner with marketing to host educational webinars that showcase dashboard value.

  • Improve onboarding flows so new clients adopt dashboards seamlessly.

Feature Improvement & Expansion


  • Manage dashboard refinement, based on client feedback and usage data.

  • Roll out new/missing high-value features that increase utility for existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with design and QA to ensure features deliver actionable insights.

Market-Driven Innovation


  • Identify new features based on market analysis and client research .

  • Develop a roadmap broken into features that:

  • a) Capture net new customers

  • b) Increase revenue per customer

  • c) Reduce churn

  • Test assumptions before scaling new feature development.

Monetization & ROI


  • Build pricing and packaging strategy for dashboards (premium tiers, add-ons, API access).

  • Ensure every feature has a clear ROI case — either in client adoption, revenue growth, or churn reduction.

  • Track adoption metrics, revenue contribution, and impact on retention.

Qualifications


  • 8–12+ years in RCM operations, analytics, or product management .

  • Proven ability to manage RCM systems, SOPs, AR performance, and dashboards .

  • Experience designing, launching, and scaling products or features in healthcare SaaS is highly desirable.

  • Strong skills in market analysis, ROI evaluation, and assumption testing .

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Formal education in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applications

Success Metrics (12–18 Months)


  • ≥ 70% adoption rate of dashboards among eligible existing clients.

  • At least one premium dashboard package is generating recurring revenue.

  • Dashboard features directly contribute to:

    • New customer acquisition

    • Increased revenue per customer

    • Reduced churn rates


  • Established client-facing thought leadership (educational webinars, adoption campaigns).
