Key Role:
Execute marketing activities and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for building business. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with consulting for software services, including custom software development, Saas/PaaS, LCNC, and software implementation and systems integration
Experience developing a strategy to align service offerings with client needs
Ability to understand technical concepts around products and solutions
Ability to foster positive business relationships
Ability to be highly organized and multi-task across a complex, evolving portfolio of projects
Ability to be a self-starter and navigate without constant direction
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with business development, customer success, growth or strategic initiatives, or 8+ years of experience in business development, customer success, growth or strategic initiatives in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) or Federal Government
Experience working in healthcare or healthcare IT
Experience managing projects or product lines
Ability to have passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery to Veterans
Possession of excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.Work Model Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.
