Account Service Coordinator
- Perform essential quality assurance checks on daily technical service and delivery orders submitted by our field technicians.
- Monitor and track commercial accounts through our computerized and third-party systems, ensuring every order is entered correctly and fulfilled completely.
- Act as the administrative link between our account managers, branch managers, and commercial customers, providing essential updates on HVAC repairs and deliveries.
- Handle basic and routine customer inquiries and order follow-up with a high level of professionalism.
- Reliability: We require stability, excellent attendance, and a strong, consistent work ethic.
- Experience: Proven background in call center, administrative support, or quality assurance roles.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Requirements: Basic computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.
- Competitive Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Temp-to-Perm: True path to full-time employment (3-5 months based on performance).
- Full Benefits: Available upon conversion to permanent status.
- Mandatory Screenings: Successful completion of a drug test (including marijuana), background check, and employment/education verification is required.
