Position Overview: The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruiting team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find prospects for open jobs and set up email campaigns to attract candidates.

• Conduct level 1 screening calls with candidates

• Warm call candidates about job opportunities.

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars with hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Communicate with candidates to confirm interview details and provide follow-up.

• Support the recruiting team with job postings on various platforms.

• Assist in screening resumes and identifying potential candidates.

• Provide administrative support for the recruiting process.

• Collaborate with team members to improve hiring workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferred).

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
