Bookkeeping Customer Service Rep. Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and transactions
• Provide professional and friendly support to clients and customers
• Assist with account reconciliations and basic reporting
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Bookkeeping Customer Service Rep. Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
