About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a rapidly growing U.S.-based manufacturer and e-commerce company in the filtration space. With multiple production and distribution facilities nationwide and a strong direct-to-consumer and marketplace presence, the company is scaling aggressively—doubling revenue year over year and targeting significant growth.

This is a newly created executive leadership role designed to bring structure, scalability, and operational excellence across all facilities.

Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (or VP of Operations, depending on experience) will lead all operational functions across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites.

This individual will be responsible for standardizing processes, increasing production output, improving efficiency, and building the infrastructure needed to support continued rapid growth.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role requiring regular travel to facilities and close collaboration with plant leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all manufacturing and distribution facilities
• Drive consistency, accountability, and performance across locations
• Build scalable systems, processes, and operational frameworks

Manufacturing & Production

• Optimize production capacity, scheduling, and throughput
• Improve workflow efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met

Supply Chain & Logistics

• Oversee procurement, inventory management, and raw materials
• Optimize shipping strategy, freight costs, and packaging efficiency
• Coordinate inventory balancing and inter-facility transfers

KPI Development & Performance Management

• Establish and standardize operational KPIs across all sites
• Build reporting dashboards for production, fulfillment, and inventory
• Use data to drive decision-making and performance improvements

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop plant managers and operations leaders
• Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Recruit, coach, and mentor operational talent

Technology & Automation

• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Improve systems related to inventory, production tracking, and reporting
• Partner with engineering and software teams to enhance operational tools

Strategic Growth

• Support expansion into new facilities and markets
• Align operations with long-term business objectives
• Assist executive leadership in scaling infrastructure to meet demand

• Experience implementing process standardization across multiple locations
• In-depth understanding of production metrics, takt time, and throughput optimization
• Track record of driving efficiency while managing labor costs
• Hands-on leader comfortable working on-site within plants
• Experience in filtration, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Flexible based on experience (target range up to $250K+)
• Bonus: Performance-based (15–20% annually, paid quarterly)
