Classification: Full-time/Exempt/Salary
Work Location: Onsite (Lakeview at Tributary located in Yulee, FL)
Working Hours/Days: Typical schedule is Monday-Friday; however, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on events and community needs.
Job Summary The Lifestyle Coordinator enhances community engagement and quality of life for residents in the HOA community by developing, coordinating, and promoting a diverse range of lifestyle programs. These include recreational, social, cultural, educational, and entertainment activities tailored to the interests and wellbeing of the community. The role requires a dynamic approach to program management, including event planning, marketing, and community partnership development.
Supervisor Responsibilities
- May provide indirect oversight of vendors and community partners.
- Design, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive range of resident programs and events, such as classes, workshops, social gatherings, and largescale community events, ensuring high-quality execution and resident satisfaction.
- Engage with residents to incorporate their feedback and participation in program planning, ensuring diverse community needs and interests are addressed.
- Facilitate the scheduling and use of community facilities for resident programs and events, coordinating logistics, resource requirements, and fee collection where applicable
- Foster a vibrant community atmosphere by actively managing and promoting community wellness and fitness programs.
- Administer and support community clubs and organizations, aiding in charter processes, facility allocations, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update the community’s digital communication platforms, including the management of the Association’s social media accounts and the monthly lifestyle newsletter.
- Collaborate with regional and community management teams to ensure cohesive program development and execution.
- Conduct new resident orientations and promote ongoing engagement and integration into the community.
- Attend and contribute to Board of Directors, club, and committee meetings, providing updates and receiving feedback on lifestyle programming.
- Assist in budget development and management, ensuring cost-effective program delivery.
- Perform other job-related duties as directed by upper management.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for event management and attendance. *
- Proficient in Canva for creating event flyers, newsletters, and social media graphics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with managers, peers, residents, vendors, and guests.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
- Ability to multi-task across various priorities with focus and professionalism.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Recreation Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in program development, event planning, or community services.
- At least two years’ related experience required.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Must be able to work both indoor (in an office setting) and outdoor (requires active engagement in various community locations, both indoor and outdoor, which may involve exposure to weather conditions. *
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and talking on a phone.
- Ability to move around the community facilities regularly.
- Must be able to handle setup and breakdown of events, which may include lifting up to25 lbs. at a time. *
