Product Manager (Echo)

St. Petersburg, Florida

PVM, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager (Echo) to serve as a trusted partner to our customers, helping them unlock the full potential of Palantir Foundry in mission-critical environments. As an Echo, you will bridge the gap between technology and people—delivering value at speed by ensuring customers can effectively adopt, operationalize, and scale the platform. This role is about more than troubleshooting; it’s about enabling success through creative problem-solving, exceptional communication, and a relentless focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Success: Serve as the go-to advisor for Foundry users, enabling them to achieve mission outcomes through effective data integration and analysis.

  • Accelerate Adoption: Onboard users and deliver tailored training, ensuring teams quickly become confident and self-sufficient on Foundry.

  • Optimize Workflows: Identify inefficiencies and design solutions that streamline data pipelines, ontologies, and business processes for maximum impact.

  • Problem-Solve Creatively: Anticipate and resolve issues related to data ingestion, transformations, permissions, and integrations—often before they become blockers.

  • Translate Needs into Solutions: Partner with engineering teams to turn user challenges into scalable, functional solutions that deliver measurable value.

  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend platform enhancements, usability improvements, and performance optimizations.

  • Ensure Resilience and Compliance: Monitor data and system health while maintaining security, governance, and reliability standards.

  • Communicate with Impact: Lead client engagements with clarity and empathy, providing actionable insights on data strategy and platform optimization.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or scripting for data manipulation (preferred).

  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS GovCloud a plus) and modern data infrastructure.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).

Skills:

  • A problem-solver with vision—someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; you thrive on making complex concepts simple and actionable.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ); you know how to read the room and adapt to different stakeholder needs.

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a bias for delivering results fast without sacrificing quality.

  • Adaptability and curiosity; you’re excited to learn new technologies and apply them creatively.
