Hands on Training

-Provide exceptional service to our commercial insurance clients, including billing inquiries, endorsements, policy renewals, and certificates of insurance.

-Communicate with carriers and underwriters to follow up on underwriting requests, missing documents, and coverage changes.

-Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.

-Assist the commercial production team with processing quotes and binding policies.

-Support client retention by ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication required)
2. A fast learner and adaptable to changing processes and systems
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
4. A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
5. Friendly, patient, and professional in client interactions
6. No prior insurance required
7. Property and Casualty License is not required but must be willing to get the license before starting. We will guide you through the process getting licensed.
