Regional Office Coordinator (Hybrid) Location Hybrid remote in Sarasota, FL : We don't just have a mission statement…we have a mission. We are seeking a Regional Office Coordinator for our Sarasota, Florida office. The Regional Office Coordinator plays a significant role in all the administrative functions within its region. Duties include supervising and coordinating all clerical staff, timely reporting of any IT or maintenance issues, continuously monitoring the productivity of its assigned clerical employees, and ensuring compliance with the Human Resource Department. Regional Office Coordinators assist CMPS headquarters by ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed at their given region. Occasional travel with a personal automobile between Tampa and Orlando sites is necessary. Compensation : $48,000-52,000/year Schedule: Full-time , Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Hybrid flexible scheduling. Will be traveling to the Bradenton/Venice location once every other month; the Operations Manager will help assist Requirements: Bachelor's degree Managerial Experience Excellent Customer Service Skills Data Management and Organizational Skills Ability to Communicate with People of Various Levels of Medical Knowledge Experience in the Mental Health Field (preferred) Experience with Delegating Tasks to Employees and Providing Supervision Reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites once every other month (Tampa-Bradenton) Advantages: Benefits: Health, Dental, and vision 401K with employee matching Paid time off (PTO) Employee Assistant Program (EAP) Mileage and travel reimbursement About Comprehensive MedPsych Systems (CMPS) A nationally recognized private counseling center that offers a wide range of mental and behavioral health services delivered by compassionate professionals.
