Supervisor: Project Manager Position Summary:

AT&Is greatest strength is our people and are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of security integration projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. This role is pivotal in coordinating logistics, documentation, and communication across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced technical environment. Strong communication skills, technical understanding of security systems, and a results-driven approach are essential for success in this role. Who We Are:
AT&I Systems is a security integrator providing exceptional service and solutions to thousands of customers throughout Central and South Florida since 2005. We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and scheduling of security integration projects including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets using project management tools.
Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, drawings, and installation records.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Support procurement activities by managing purchase orders and vendor relationships.
Facilitate site readiness by coordinating pre-installation walkthroughs and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Assist in preparing close-out packages and ensuring all documentation is complete for client handover.
Identify and escalate project risks or delays to the project manager. Knowledge and Skills
