We’re looking for a Confections Production Specialist to join our production team in Arcadia, FL . What You’ll Do

• Prepare and produce cannabis-infused chocolates, gummies, and other confections in large batches.
• Accurately follow standardized recipes and batch records to ensure consistency and proper dosing.
• Operate confectionery equipment, including tempering machines, molds, and depositor systems.
• Monitor quality throughout production — texture, weight, appearance, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for batch output, weights, labeling, and compliance records.
• Support packaging and labeling of finished goods in accordance with state regulations.
• Track and manage inventory of ingredients, molds, and packaging supplies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production areas per food safety standards.
• Assist with process improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management to meet daily production targets.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year of experience in chocolate, confectionery, or food production (cannabis preferred).
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail, with an ability to maintain dosing accuracy and product quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain a Florida cannabis license.

A Few Things You’ll Need

• Must meet all Florida state requirements to work in a licensed medical cannabis facility.
• Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and cannabis products.
