Registered Behavior Technicians

We are looking for playful, high-energy Registered Behavior Technicians seeking full-time or part-time (1pm-5pm) employment at our Plantation location!. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! If this describes you and you are looking for an ABA company that makes you love coming to work each day, please apply!

• Must be Available between Mon-Fri 7:45am - 5pm or 12:45pm - 5pm.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable Transportation.

True Work-Life Balance:

• Work in the center Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 1:00pm - 5:00pm.
• Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 90 minutes.
• Unlimited Non-Paid Time Off.
• 10 days paid time off (full-time employees).
• 10 days paid holidays (full-time employees).

Training and Support:

• SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs.
• BCBAs work within the center and support you in-person.
• Company paid BLS / CPR certification.

Career Growth:

• RBTs get a performance review every 6 months and have the opportunity to be promoted into Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer. You will also be considered for Full-time positions when they become available.
