Accounts Receivable Specialist

Randstad is currently partnering with a premier medical manufacturer headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL to find a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Candidates should have 2–4 years of progressive experience within Accounts Receivable and have advanced Microsoft Excel skills for managing large datasets and running complex AR reports. Candidates must be able to work fully onsite. This is a direct hire permanent role offering a fully benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Maintain an assigned portfolio of customer accounts closely monitoring aging receivables and investigating unapplied deductions.
• Daily Cash Applications: Process the application of daily cash receipts, ensuring all customer remittances perfectly match designated credit terms and earned cash discounts.
• Billing & Reconciliations: Handle all invoicing, collections activities, and comprehensive account reconciliations to swiftly resolve balance discrepancies.
• Claims Process: Review daily tracking logs for customer claims and open sales orders, ensuring all data is refreshed with a minimum of weekly updates.
• Month-End Support: Use advanced Excel functions to generate AR analytical reports and prepare necessary journal entries to support a seamless month-end close cycle.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with internal Sales, Contract Administration, and Customer Service teams to fast-track dispute resolutions and manage critical credit holds.
