Order Specialist
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Process and Manage Orders: Receive, accurately enter, and process incoming customer orders via various channels (phone, email, electronic systems).
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary contact for order-related inquiries, updates, issue resolution, and pricing/delivery questions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment by collaborating with sales, production, logistics, and warehouse teams.
- Order Tracking and Oversight: Monitor order status from entry through production and delivery, providing customers with timely updates.
- Record Keeping & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate order, invoice, and customer interaction records; ensure the integrity of pricing and shipping data in the order management system.
