What You'll Do

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, bar, and banquet functions.
• Managing banquet bookings and ensuring flawless execution of events.
• Supervising bar operations to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination and top-notch food quality.
• Leading and mentoring staff to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
• Monitoring inventory, supplies, and budgets to optimize operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with a strong background in hospitality and a proven track record of success. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• A well-rounded skill set, including expertise in service, banquet operations, and bar management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and events.
• Kitchen experience is a big plus, as it will enhance your ability to work collaboratively with the culinary team.
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
