Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Systems Director of Patient Dining to lead foodservice operations across a multi-hospital system in Jacksonville, FL. Location: Jacksonville, FL (Multi-Hospital System)

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift with some travel/weekends

�� Key Responsibilities

Oversee all patient dining operations across multiple hospitals

Lead, coach, and support foodservice directors and frontline leaders

Standardize systems, menus, and service models across campuses

Partner with clinical nutrition and nursing to drive patient-centered care

Ensure compliance with HACCP, Joint Commission, CMS, and all food safety standards

Manage budgets, staffing models, and performance KPIs across the system

Improve and maintain top-tier patient satisfaction and HCAHPS scores

✅ Qualifications

7+ years of healthcare foodservice leadership; multi-site experience preferred

Deep knowledge of therapeutic diets, compliance, and healthcare operations

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

ServSafe certified (or able to obtain within 30 days)

Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Nutrition, Business, or related field required (Master’s a plus)

Proven success in operational performance and staff development
