Bilingual Intake Coordinator (Entry Level)

Overview

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Bilingual Intake Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in working in a medical office. Training will be provided.

In this role, you will help welcome patients, schedule appointments, and assist with basic intake tasks to ensure patients have a smooth experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments using our electronic system
• Assist patients with intake and consent forms
• Answer patient questions and provide support
• Communicate with patients in English and Spanish
• Ensure accurate patient information is documented

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment

• Office-based medical environment
• Regular phone and computer use
• Interaction with patients via phone throughout the day

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full Time)
