As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our state-of-the-art car wash equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably every day.

Salary Range: based on experience

Schedule & Work Environment

• Approximately 45 hours per week

• Some maintenance may be performed early mornings, evenings, or after closing to minimize downtime

• Occasional on-call availability for urgent repairs

• Flexible scheduling depending on operational and maintenance needs

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on car wash tunnel equipment

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Maintain and service pumps, motors, blowers, conveyors, and wash equipment

• Quickly troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure long-term reliability

• Coordinate repairs, parts replacement, and equipment upgrades

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance workspace

• Assist leadership with facility improvements and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Previous mechanical or maintenance experience required

• Experience working with hydraulic systems

• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems efficiently

• Experience with industrial equipment, pumps, motors, or conveyors is a plus

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

• Comfortable working around water, moving machinery, and cleaning chemicals

• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces when necessary
