Overview:
You’ll lead a team dedicated to maintaining the impeccable appearance of luxury estate landscapes. With a strong commitment to Florida’s Best Management Practices, you’ll ensure all pruning and horticultural tasks are performed with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the crew in routine estate maintenance—mowing, edging, pruning, and bed care.
- Ensure all pruning follows proper horticultural practices for plant health and aesthetics.
- Implement Florida’s Best Management Practices across all tasks .
- Inspect landscapes for quality control and communicate with clients as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in high-end landscape maintenance.
- Knowledge of proper pruning techniques and BMPs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
